Returns

Due to the custom nature of our decorated products, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom printed or embroidered items.

Returns are only accepted for blank sample garments, provided they are:

• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
